We are open to in person visits. We are continuing the option of telehealth when appropriate.

• If you had or think you had Covid you can return for therapy :

  • At least 10 days since symptoms appeared

  • At least 24 hours without a fever or fever reducing medications

• If you have come in contact with someone who has Covid, you can return to SJHT after

  • You have tested negative and are symptom free OR

  • You have been symptom free for 10 days

 

Following San Juan Basin Health and CDC guidelines, we have implemented the following best practices:

• Requesting anyone who feels ill or has been potentially exposed to Covid-19 NOT enter SJHT. Please call your doctor if you need medical assistance.

• Requesting all patients and staff keep a 6 feet distance between themselves except for during times of treatment with 1:1 therapist to patient ratio

• Requesting all patients wear face coverings along with our staff

• Requesting everyone take everyday precautions such as covering nose/mouth to sneeze

• Requesting hand washing or hand sanitizer before and after treatment

• Disinfect surfaces and objects after each use

• Dedicated hours for vulnerable or at risk patients as well as the option of telehealth

• Unless you require a caregiver or driver, we request patients attend alone to limit the amount of people in the clinic
