Our Mission
Is to provide specialized, cost-effective treatment of all upper extremity injuries and conditions. We are committed to working together in a supportive and respectful environment, and to provide for the range of patient needs throughout therapy. We provide the most current and proven techniques for upper extremity injuries to promote healing and to facilitate a return to function and independence in as timely a fashion as possible.
Insurance
We accept most insurance including Colorado medicaid, medicare, worker's compensation & many private insurance groups
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations (except for illness/emergencies).
Please note, we charge a $35 missed visit fee for no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. This amount is your responsibility. Insurance will not cover a missed visit fee.
